Says Allison, “I would say to just try it out within the supply chain. There are so many different avenues you can take. So definitely, if you think you’re interested in something, whether it’s purchasing, warehousing, distribution, demand planning – whatever it is – even if you don’t think you’re interested in it, I think it’s helpful to just try it out and see. That way you might be surprised or you’ll know for sure if this is what you want to do, or what you definitely don’t want to do.”
